Thank you for your interest in HAVERHILL. All HAVERHILL jewelry is made to order. If we anticipate a delay in your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. We ship all product via USPS, UPS or Federal Express.

If you must return an item please email us at info@haverhillcollection.com within 30 days from the purchase. 

If an item is purchased in person at a HAVERHILL Collection trunk show, a public event or a charity event, the item can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase for store credit only. 

All items from the Custom Birthstone Collection are final sale and are not returnable. Any item that is custom made for you is final sale and is not returnable.

All items that are "Pre-order" can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase for store credit only. 

In the rare instance that an item arrives damaged, please notify us at info@haverhillcollection.com within 10 days of receipt of goods in question.

The HAVERHILL Collection 1 year warranty covers basic repairs and manufacturing defects for one year. Please retain your sales receipt as proof of purchase. The warranty is valid only if the jewelry has been purchased from a HAVERHILL Collection authorized retail partner. Jewelry damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors unrelated to defects in material or workmanship will not be considered under warranty. 

If your item is no longer under warranty, we are happy to assess the damage and give you a cost of repair prior to moving forward. We want you to continue to enjoy your HAVERHILL jewelry.
