All items from the Personalized Birthstone Collection and Personalized Letter Collection (Initials, Names, and Words) are custom-made to order. If you wish to return a Personalized item, we charge a 30% restocking fee after inspection of the item. The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

If you wish to return an item that is In Stock and was not made to order, we will issue you a full refund after inspection of the item if the item is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

If the item you would like to return was "Made to Order" but not part of our Personalized Birthstone or Personalized Letter Collection, the item can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase for store credit only. 

We currently do not offer returns on any international orders.

If an item is purchased in person at a HAVERHILL Collection trunk show, a public event or a charity event, the item can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase for store credit only. 

In the rare instance that an item arrives damaged, please notify us at info@haverhillcollection.com within 48 hours of delivery.


How to make a return:

If you must return an item please email us at info@haverhillcollection.com within 30 days from the purchase. Please include your name and your order number in your email. We will email you a return label. Please print and tape the label to a small box, preferably a USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate box. Please return the item with all of its original packaging (box and pouch). As soon as we receive the item and inspect it, we will refund the account that it was paid from. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund. It usually takes between three and five business days for the money to return to your account. 



The HAVERHILL Collection one year warranty covers basic repairs and manufacturing defects for one year. Please retain your sales receipt as proof of purchase. The warranty is valid only if the jewelry has been purchased from a HAVERHILL Collection authorized retail partner. Jewelry damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors unrelated to defects in material or workmanship will not be considered under warranty. 

If your item is no longer under warranty, we are happy to assess the damage and give you a cost of repair prior to moving forward. We want you to continue to enjoy your HAVERHILL jewelry. 


Any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other local charges are your responsibility.  They are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country, and they depend on a number of factors such as local VAT rates and local import taxes.

You will be able to choose from four different delivery methods. The first three options do not include payment for customs fees. The final option stating "Taxes and Duties included" allows you to pay for your customs fees up front. 

Please Note: If you do not choose the "Taxes and Duties included" option, you will be required to pay customs fees upon delivery, which could result in a delay in the receipt of your package.
