Thank you for your interest in HAVERHILL. All HAVERHILL jewelry is made to order. If we anticipate a delay in your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. We ship all product via USPS, UPS or Federal Express.

If you must return an item please email us at info@haverhillcollection.com within 30 days from the purchase. 

If an item is purchased in person at a HAVERHILL Collection trunk show, a public event or a charity event, the item can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase for store credit only. 

All items from the Custom Birthstone Collection are final sale and are not returnable. Any item that is custom made for you is final sale and is not returnable.

All items that are "Pre-order" can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase for store credit only. 

In the rare instance that an item arrives damaged, please notify us at info@haverhillcollection.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We are unable to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one.

The HAVERHILL Collection one year warranty covers basic repairs and manufacturing defects for one year. Please retain your sales receipt as proof of purchase. The warranty is valid only if the jewelry has been purchased from a HAVERHILL Collection authorized retail partner. Jewelry damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors unrelated to defects in material or workmanship will not be considered under warranty. 

If your item is no longer under warranty, we are happy to assess the damage and give you a cost of repair prior to moving forward. We want you to continue to enjoy your HAVERHILL jewelry. 


Any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other local charges are your responsibility.  They are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country, and they depend on a number of factors such as local VAT rates and local import taxes.

We don't offer returns on any international orders right now.
