My usual cocktail of choice is sort of a simplified and sugar-free version of a margarita: agave Tequila with an entire lime squeezed into the glass with lots of ice and a splash of water. Andrej and I are getting ready for our annual trip to the Caribbean where Rum is king, so now I'm getting in the spirit with a Rum Sidecar. It has a bit of sour, citrus taste from the fresh lemon and the orange liqueur and it's balanced with the sweetness and warmth of dark rum.
